EVENING COURSE • MEDITATION & YOGA
Meditation & Yoga After Work
A practical evening course for people who cannot — or simply do not want to — reorganize their entire morning around wellness. Come after work, slow down, move, breathe, and leave with techniques you can repeat at home.

Why evening?
Most people have work, family responsibilities, commuting, and a normal life to manage. A course is only useful if people can actually attend it. That is why this program is built around evening hours rather than asking participants to become morning people.
The course combines accessible yoga, mobility, breathing, guided meditation, and a quieter closing practice. It is not about perfect poses or performing calmness. The goal is to build a routine that feels realistic enough to continue.

What we will practice
- Gentle mobility after a day of sitting or standing.
- Accessible yoga sequences that can be adapted to different levels.
- Breathing exercises and short guided meditation.
- Simple relaxation methods for the end of the day.
- A small home routine that does not require special equipment.
Important: yoga and meditation are general wellness practices, not medical treatment. Participants with injuries, significant health conditions, pregnancy, or symptoms that make exercise unsafe should use appropriate professional medical guidance.

You do not need a perfect life to start practicing.
Come as you are after the day you actually had. The course is designed to help you build a repeatable evening practice rather than chase an ideal routine.
