ALEX JEFF • PROJECT JOURNAL
News, changes and things we are building
This is a real project journal rather than a manufactured daily-news feed. Entries are added when something on the site actually changes, launches or becomes worth documenting.
7 September 2026 — A deeper editorial standard
The site received a full editorial and technical review. The WordPress identity was updated to Alex Jeff, the privacy policy was rewritten from the default WordPress template, and dedicated About, Contact, Terms & Disclaimer and Editorial Policy pages were added. The purpose is simple: a visitor — and a search or advertising reviewer — should be able to understand who the project is, what kind of content it publishes and how to get in touch.
6 September 2026 — Eight health tools on one page
The Health Tools page brought eight browser-based calculators together: BMI, BMR, TDEE, daily activity, sitting time, food intake, heart-rate zones and weight trend. The tools are designed as estimates and reflection aids, not medical diagnosis. Each one includes limitations so the number is presented with context rather than false certainty.
6 September 2026 — The practical library opens
The Books page opened with twenty original preview editions about action, health habits, measurement, learning, creativity, confidence and building systems that survive ordinary life. The previews are deliberately incomplete: readers can explore the idea first and decide whether they want to ask for the continuation.
6 September 2026 — Evening meditation and yoga page prepared
A separate meditation and yoga page was prepared around evening hours, because a useful routine has to fit into a real working day. The page combines an evening schedule with accessible practice ideas and a clear reminder that wellness material is not medical treatment.
6 September 2026 — Alex Jeff becomes a real website
The project moved from a collection of ideas into a connected site: a homepage of stories, a library, a project journal, meditation material and working tools. The next stage is not adding noise for the sake of looking busy. It is making each part clearer, more useful and easier to trust.
